The cashier was nice & friendly. Mike was AWESOME & friendly. My rewards was a bonus. Plus, my car is running!! The only thing I didn't like, someone left my handle to my jack, beneath the carpet in the trunk. I left & came back. One of the service employees went in the back to ask about it. Whomever she spoke with said they left it by the battery, which is in the trunk. I thought that was inconsiderate, when I had everything visible in the trunk. So, we had to take everything out & lift the carpet up to find it.

The only thing I miss is them vacuuming the car before giving it back hats just a small thing but I never have to second guess the mechanics they do a fabulous job and a I never have to worry about a “ phantom oil leak “ or something like that when I leave the dealership “ever”

I came onto the lot with the contingency of purchasing a vehicle, even though I was already semi committed to financing one somewhere else. I was met buy a salesman (Rodney Butler) who directed me to the vehicle that I was interested in. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. After the test drive of the vehicle I was interested in, I decided that this is what I wanted and Rodney started the financing process. He got me an interest rate that was far better than the other dealership I was dealing with. The process was quicker than I expected and I was able to drive off in my car after about an hour or so. The whole experience was pleasant and expeditious.

My service writer, Dawn, was very courteous and took the time to make sure I understood what service I would be getting and the cost of it. I appreciate her concern. The service was completed in less time than originally estimated so I was pleased to get on the road so quickly. The cashier was busy as usual with people picking up vehicles, but she seemed to spend a lot of time filling out paperwork (all correctly) to get each person finished up. In this day of computers and since the service dept. already knew the total to be paid, I fail to understand the need for more that printing a receipt and collecting the payment. It just seems the cash out process is unnecessarily complicated. Overall still great vibes from Johnny Londorf Chevy!!

However whoever changed my oil spilled oil in my engine compartment on the engine cover around the oil intake and on the shroud that covers the radiator and didn’t clean it off and didn’t fully insert my oil stick back in place It was 4-5 inches sticking up . I'm not happy how things went. First tge salesman made a mistake on what the features were. Then he tried to get me into another car thst was more expensive and less features. But the most disappointing thing was I asked about a trailblazer that I saw and he just laughed it off saying that was very expensive. Making me feel low like I couldn't afford the car I really wanted. Maybe I couldn't but he didn't even try to see if I could. I left there feeling like I wasn't important enough to see if I could have gotten my car. I don't think I will ever come back. And my friend who is looking for a new car I will definitely not recommend Johnny Londoff

Not a happy camper. I came in at 10AM for an app't to get my front brakes relaced. After giving service dept. plenty of time to replace and resurface the rotors, I asked the advisor how much longer will it be. His reply was the tech just pulled it in.This was at 1:30. He said they were very busy( I understand that), but why did he wait 3 1/2 hrs for me to come to him so he could tell me it will be about 1 1/2 to 2 more hours. This is NOT good customer service. Did they fix other cars before mine that came in AFTER my app't? If I get a survey from GM, I will certainly let them know what happened. I bought my HHR from Londoff and I get my car fixed at Londoff. I really don't want to go elsewhere, but if bad customer service continues, I will. I was a Warranty Administrator for 13 years at Behlmann, so I know that things can happen

After I got my car serviced here, my check engine light came on. I took my vehicle back there immediately after noticing the light was on on my brand new car. One of your employees (no mechanic) looked under my hood and hooked a hand machine to my car to run the code. A day later my light went off. I told him not to turn my check engine light off in the case that something serious is going on with my vehicle.

Well …. My car was brought in for Ty rods ….while waiting no one came to say your car will be here for awhile …the time I made the appointment cashier said it will only take 1 1/2 hour or 2 …. I call up there she said she didn’t tell me that …..then I was quoted a price for my tires and a wheel alignment y’all said I needed …. My question is why would you give me an estimate for 8 tires and not tell me it’s 8 tires so I went to another tire place and bought 4 tires and they said I didn’t need wheel alignment But I was told it would cost 1643 .04 for tires and mounted …that’s why I didn’t buy them from Londoff….. I feel I was treated unfairly and lied too as well Bad experience…..and the sad thing about this experience nothing will done about it … just another unhappy customer….its all about the money

When I visited the oil change center last week, I waited for 10 minutes before I received any assistance. Several workers looked me in the eye and noticed my wait, but none of them offered help. Interestingly, these same workers were not assisting other customers either. Instead, they were engaged in conversation with each other. This situation was unusual and left me feeling dissatisfied with the customer service provided.

This oil change didn’t take half of a day like they usually do and that was pleasing. I did remind the service advisor to have the technician air up my tires and the tires did not get aired up. I do t think they’ve gotten air at an oil change in at least 2 years. My windshield wiper fluid never gets topped off. These are things that I expect at a routine oil change. I bought it suburban at Londoff. I’ve bought my oil change packages at Londoff. This was my last prepaid oil change and I will never ever come back. Your service department is over worked and understaffed, perpetually. I will never buy another suburban from you. Going to Don Brown Chevrolet in the city was an eye opening experience for what should be happening Londoff.

The service specialist CODY informed me that the part needed for my service was not there. I’m not sure why but it wasn’t so I was given the option of bringing my vehicle back or leaving it. I asked if I left it could they give me a ride home to MARYVILLE IL, CODY went to check and it was a go. I liked that. So CODY stayed in contact with me.. My appointment was on a Friday and it was ready TUESDAY but I was unable to pick it up until WEDNESDAY. CODY was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped a LONG experience be tolerable. I do not like the 3% charge on credit cards !!! I would get more services done but because of that fee I have to wait until I actually have the cash !

I took my car on Dec. 22, 2026 and was called to pick it up on January 12th or January 13th, 2026. When I returned to pick up my car, the seatbelt warning was still not going off. I left the car at the dealership and was called to pick it up on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Before they call someone to pick up the car, they should check to make sure that everything is working properly.

I brought my car in for a Check engine diagnostic test was done and issue fixed cheaper than quoted. I had taken my car to another GM dealership 10 days prior that didn't fix the issue but turned the check engine light out like it was fixed only for it to come back on 2 miles away. I brought it back letting them know I had another appointment that was previously set with Johnny Londoff but they had an opening sooner. I had to pay for another diagnostic but that's fine because I received HONEST service. Thank you Johnny Londoff for still being a reputable company!!!
