Customer Testimonials We would love to here from you. Contact us at (314) 262-4526 or email us at marybeth@londoff.com An email from a Johnnylondoff customer to Frank of the Frank O. Pinion show on AM 550:
Hey Frank,
The reason for the e-mail is, I wanted to relay an experience I had at Johnny Londoff Chevrolet.
I know you mostly advertise Sales of New Vehicles for him, but my experience was with the Service Department. First off, let me explain that No experience I had Ever had previously was good when it came to a GM Dealership. I refuse to go to three of my Local dealerships ever again.
I received a letter in 2005 from GM explaining that my Catalytic Converters were being covered for longer than the factory warranty on the car (3y/36k) because of problems they have been having. 10 years or 120,000 miles.
About a month ago, at 82,000 miles and 6 months before my 10 years was up, my car started sending the Catalytic Converters are Under-performing codes.
I was trying to think of where to take it, and I heard Johnny talking to you on the radio. I don't know why it never dawned on me that Johnny Londoff Chevrolet could fix my Pontiac (GM) Vehicle, but, all of the sudden it clicked. Johnny Londoff Chevrolet. Well, I can give them a shot. Frank's never let me down before.
I called Johnny Londoff, and spoke to a very nice woman who made the appointment. I traveled the 45 minutes(!) to get there. Mind you, I'm ready to go to War. These things are incredibly expensive for my Sports Car (Pontiac Trans Am, WS-6, Ram Air) and the cost would have easily been over $2,000 or even more. I go in, the service guys are as nice as can be. Friendly, attentive, empathetic, and they listened to me! They Even Apologized that this was happening. I think to myself "Wow! Ok.. this is different. I explained the problem, the warranty, and the codes the car was putting out. The Service guy said "Well, if they are the correct codes, we're going to put you on some Catalytic Converters today." Stunned, I stammer "uh...ok?" and they whisk my baby away.
While in the waiting room, I'm sitting there watching the door thinking, "Ok, they're going to come out and tell me, 'Nope, that's not whats wrong, its going to cost (insert crazy amount of money here) to fix'."
Well, he came out, looking at me. "Load the guns" I'm thinking, "here comes the battle." Next thing I heard was "Yep, Catalytic Converter Codes show them Both being bad. \ We have a pair in stock, hes putting them on now." Dumb-founded, I ask "uhh...under warranty?" and he said "Yeah, no charge." (insert one of your classic "Whaaat?'s" here.)
Frank, you could have knocked me over with a feather when he said that. And yes, they replaced them, free of charge. From now on, I'm going to travel that 45 minutes, and NOT dread going to a dealership for anything I need. I am even going to pass up the "Quick Lube Oil Change" places to give Johnny Londoff by business. They earned it. I am also advising my entire family (all GM owners) to give Johnny Londoff their business, and they have agreed to do so, even though it is a anywhere from a 30 minutes to a 60 minute drive for them.
Thanks for your time.

Dear Mr. Londoff,
I recently bought a 2007 Malibu from your dealership and I am very pleased with its looks and performance.
I just wanted to personally let you know what a pleasant experience it was to buy this car. When I met with my salesman, he let me know he would keep an eye out for the right car for me. In less than a week, I got a call telling me there was a car that just came in that I would like and could afford.
I bought the Malibu ten minutes after I drove it.
I spent almost 30 years in marketing/advertising, and the marketing strategies and deployment that your company has put together are very effective, i.e.: limited print, limited TV, radio, and internet – all of which mean zilch if you deliver bad service. I was very impressed with the service commitment and teamwork displayed between your employees, and in no small part, influenced my decision to buy.
I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to anyone who was interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.
Sincerely,
R. G. S.

The experience was very good and we will certainly put you at the top of our list when we purchase again. I believe the effort of getting your available cars on the internet is very important for your dealership. That is how we found the vehicle we purchased. Keep up the great work and have a great day!

Sorry for the late response but school and work has been keeping me very busy. Thank you for all of your assistance with my vehicle purchase. I have been telling countless of people about my experience with Johnny Londoff and telling them to apply online with you. I hope that our transaction leads to an abundance of business for yourself and the company.
Thank you again,
